USE & CARE

To use warm, microwave for 1 minute, and then an additional 30 seconds. Remove and use carefully as it will be hot. Can also be sprayed lightly with water before warming.

To use cold, place wrap in freezer for 1 hour prior to use.

Do not overheat. Contents will be hot after microwaving, test carefully before use.
