Single origin heirloom cacao, pure vanilla bean and sun-dried cane crystals, warm spices and a dash of locally grown red chilies make up our Chokola Cacao. Our blend is inspired by the beautiful cacao blends found through out the many and diverse regions of Mexico and Central America. We combined the warm cinnamon flavors found in Oaxaca and added cardamom, allspice and chillies to add some heat.
